i stayed in a beachfront cottage. this cottage opened directly onto a private beach. the room had convenient access to the sand. the grounds were well kept with lush, tropical greenery and flowers. the main pool looked large and clean with a pleasant water temperature.
the room showed some signs of wear and tear.

i stayed in a beach front cottage. the cottage was close to the beach. i enjoyed the sound of the waves and birds, a really relaxing experience. the room had air conditioning that kept the room very cool.
the manager at front desk wasnt good. the manager demanded money and was rude. she rolled her eyes at me and it changed my view of the hotel. i think it is a scam.

i really loved how clean my hillside terrace bathtub was the view in the morning was serene i felt the petting zoo offered a cool way to relax i found the garden a very peaceful spot to disconnect
i noticed the light in the room was low the room felt almost dark i wish there was more light

mixed experience, some issues noticed

broken cable cardated maintenance
the cable car to our hillside room was out of service. this made getting to the reception and restaurants difficult. waiting for buggies took up to 20 minutes at times. the hotel seems dated and not well-kept and the prices were very high for the quality

the pool was so peaceful and beautiful. the cable car to the hilltop was a amazing and unique experience! all of the staff were very cheerful, especially ms. eye who assisted us during check-in.
the gym equipment could use some updating, though everything was functional.
